Guide to buying inner wear during Pregnancy

Bra
Breast size keeps increasing with your progress further into pregnancy. At this time you need to invest in maternity bra. The question is now why maternity bra just one or 2 big enough would be ok. This would not be beneficial in the long run as maternity bras are designed to suit for these special requirement. Here are a few things when going for shopping of bra
  • At least 3 maternity bra requirement for these months.
  • Buy a bra with a sturdy straps at least a inch at the shoulder and strong sturdy hooks at back
  • You may opt out for the underwire as it becomes more uncomfortable. Instead soft seamless cups would relieve your sensitive nipples.
  • Go for a dd  cup size and 2 size bigger than your normal ones and a full cup bra for the breast at the last trimester becomes more heavy as it is preparing for the milk.

Panties (Underwear)
Be hygienic at this time, as you are more prone to infection during pregnancy. It is very risky and can harm your baby. Do invest in undies. Around 4 to 5 would be perfectly ok during pregnancy. Go for the cotton one and look out for comfortable elastic so that they do not dig into your skin and makes it itchy as sweating in humid climate is very natural.  A soft stretchy one would give you the comfort. Its available in the market in a pack of 2 or 3.
